San Miniato & Wine Tour
During the tour you will visit San Miniato in the Province of Pisa an historical centre known for its leather industry and valuable delicacy – white truffles. The village is perched on a hill with views over Tuscan scenery yet to be discovered.
The tour consists of an hour wandering through the village with a guide followed by a little free time to browse the local shops. Then we head off to one of the most bio-dynamic wineries in the area.
Nestled among typical Tuscan countryside, once the home of Napoleon Bonaparte’s uncle, the vineyard owners will welcome us and take us on a tour explaining their wine cultivation. Weather permitting we can sit and relax in the garden and sip wine and nibble on Tuscan fare whilst enjoying the breath-taking Tuscan scenery. An idyllic way to spend any day!
